Dr. Sanan's Consultation Fee
All consultations with Dr. Sanan include a non-refundable $400 consultation fee. During your visit, Dr. Sanan will review your goals, evaluate your anatomy, and recommend the most appropriate surgical plan. You will also receive guidance on expected recovery and a detailed cost estimate based on your personalized approach.
What Surgical Fees Cover
Our starting prices reflect the full scope of care. They include surgeon fees, anesthesia fees, and facility fees, as well as pre-op planning, surgery, follow-up visits, and recovery supplies.
What Surgical Fees Include
Dr. Sanan’s surgical pricing follows a consistent standard across procedures. Fees typically include the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, and facility fee, as well as your pre-operative appointment, surgery, and all scheduled post-op visits and follow-ups. Recovery supplies provided through the practice are also included. For facial rejuvenation patients, the pricing also includes one Botox treatment during recovery and one facial with the aesthetician.
What Is Not Included
To keep pricing consistent across Dr. Sanan’s surgical procedures, a few items are handled separately. Lab tests required for medical clearance are completed through your primary care office and are not included. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included when applicable. Recovery services such as concierge nursing, lymphatic massage, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy are not included, but pricing for these options will be available during your consultation.

At every consultation, Dr. Sanan takes the time to perform a full facial analysis. He will discuss your aesthetic goals and make a customized treatment plan with you. Dr. Sanan listens to you and, based on his exam and experience, and will create a surgical plan that will lead to your most natural, long-lasting outcome. Full facial rejuvenation treatment typically includes a combination of treatments including brow lift, blepharoplasty, extended deep plane facelift and neck lift, lip lift, fat grafting, and laser skin resurfacing. Each treatment plan is customized to your anatomy with an emphasis on creating a natural, timeless, bespoke result.
Extended Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift

The term “deep plane facelift” is sometimes misused for marketing reasons. A true extended deep plane facelift involves releasing four key facial ligaments and repositioning the soft tissues in a vertical vector. The reason this distinction matters is that it provides a longer-lasting and more natural-looking result compared to older school techniques such as SMAS facelifts. Instead of stretched skin and a windswept look, patients have a natural, refreshed, and timeless result. It has been estimated that fewer than 5% of plastic surgeons are trained and able to perform an extended deep plane facelift and neck lift. Upper Blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty helps rejuvenate the upper eye area. Incisions are placed in your natural eyelid crease, and excess skin and fat are removed. Dr. Sanan only removes what is necessary to avoid an “overdone” look.
