Steps For Setting Up A Consultation with Dr. Sanan

- Once we have your basic information, we will email you a link to complete our mandatory health questionnaire and photo review so Dr. Sanan is able to determine your surgical candidacy.
- Our patient care coordinator, Arianna, will be in touch with you to discuss any questions you have about the questionnaire and next steps.
- Please be aware that Dr. Sanan does not take insurance, and that his consultation fee is $200 regardless of the procedure you are considering.
- Depending on your candidacy, we will schedule a consultation with Dr. Sanan.
