This patient is in her 30s who desired an improvement of her dorsal hump and tip shape. She was most concerned about the fullness of her tip and that is drooped when she smiled. She underwent an Ultrasonic Piezo Rhinoplasty with Dr. Sanan and is ecstatic over her results.
