I have been with Dr. Sanan for almost two years now and I am very happy with the service I’ve received. I appreciate not only Dr. Sanan’s light, highly-skilled hand — my goodness do I look better after a visit with him — but his restraint. I wanted to get filler but Dr. Sanan held back. Dr. Sanan and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I went to him in April for a rhinoplasty consultation, extremely nervous about the entire process. This is a procedure I've been eager to do for over a decade but I've been incredibly nervous for the surgery itself and the possibility of regretting it altogether. When I finally decided to do it this year, I researched every surgeon in New England, and felt lost and undecided, until I saw Dr. Sanan's patients' before and afters. They were so natural, you'd never even guess there was a before to begin with. After one consultation with him, I had complete faith that he's the best at what he does—we had the exact same vision for what would look best and most proportionate on my face without changing what I look like. Dr. Sanan performed a deep plane lower face and neck lift on me late last year and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Thanks to Dr. Sanan, my jowls have gone, my neck no longer sags, and the definition in my jawline is back! For me, I think the success of the surgery is Dr. Sanan’s considered approach as I have experienced and observed it. He not only aims to restore and rejuvenate, but to closely study individual facial anatomy, and I believe it is Dr. Sanan’s in-depth knowledge of anatomy and his aesthetic vision which gave me such a natural, beautiful outcome (the results keep getting better and better with time). Dr. Sanan is nothing short of an artist. He performed my revision septoplasty and rhinoplasty earlier this year, and I could not be happier with the results. He created a look that is super natural and refined, is perfectly balanced with my other features, and still looks "like me", far exceeding even my highest expectations. Dr. Sanan performed a lip lift on me earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier with my results! My face feels so much more feminine and balanced all thanks to his meticulous care both pre and post op. The incision scar is nearly undetectable thanks to his precision and aftercare instructions. My results have greatly improved my smile, gave me a fuller upper lip, and are so balanced that it looks like this is how lips were meant to look.
